There is 2-3% essential oil in the plant. The main component of the essential oil is 1,8-cineole, and its ratio in the essential oil varies between 35-65%. It is not a problem to use in a small dose (2-3 drops in a 5 ml basic mixture or in 50 ml body oil mixtures and mouthwashes). This also applies to the use of sage juice.
